the staff were lovely. they offered quick assistance when i needed extra coffee, it was very kind. the direct bus route from central station made getting around easy, the location was super. housekeeping promptly provided extra tea and milk, i really liked that.

The soda water price was surprisingly high. Over £10 a pint! i wasn't expecting that.

I really enjoyed my time here. Staff were quite friendly and ready to assist. parking was free. That was certainly a plus. the location was convenient, not far from main attractions. the restaurant offered tasty meals.

the bathroom lacked a little ventilation, and it took a while for the steam to clear after showering. it wasn't a big deal though!

the hotel had outdoor areas, very attractive and accessible . the hotel also provides free parking on site for all guests, a great convenience. an ice cream parlour is in the bistro, so that is a nice touch!
